This compilation also came with a foil cover, embossed images of the band on the gatefold, a merchandise form, and a double platinum award. An early version of the Australian version featured a white cover with red logos and totally different illustrations on the inner gatefold. The Japanese release came with an OBI and early versions had a 'Live at Budokan' promo poster given away instore.
